POLICY FOR CUSTOMERS SATISFACTION


In consonance with our company's mission, to provide our customers with excellent services for their great satisfaction:

  • We continuously innovate, research, and develop our products in accordance with customers needs and wants;

  • We instituted a system for quick delivery of quality products; and

  • We likewise devised a customers' feedback mechanism.

MANPOWER AND CONTROL CAPABILITIES

At present, we have:

  • 5 Booking Salesmen;

  • 5 Ex-Trucks Salesmen;

  • 1 HRI's Salesman

  • 1 Field Auditors covering the area of Samar & Leyte;

  • 14 delivery trucks;

  • 4 service vehicles and 4 motorcycles for utility purposes;

  • 1 main warehouses (located in Cebu);

  • 2 warehouses located in Bugasong, Libagon So. Leyte.


We are using accounting system known as PASTEL ACCOUNTING EXPRESS AND QUICKBOOKS that enable us to easily monitor and track down all transactions such as asset procurement and protection, sales, receivables, payables and cash flow.
